QM35825 UWB Low-Power System-on-Chip (SoC)

Qorvo QM35825 Ultra-Wideband (UWB) System-on-Chip (SoC) is a low-power and fully integrated solution compliant with IEEE 802.15.4-2024. This module is designed for excellent Rx sensitivity and low power consumption. The QM35825 is optimized for consumer, enterprise, and industrial applications, supporting FiRa™, Aliro, and Omlox ranging schemes with an accuracy of ±5cm and AoA at ±2°. Additional features include on-chip computing for ranging, angle-of-arrival (AOA) processing, radar, and data transfer. The QM35825 UWB SoC from Qorvo integrates four flexible RF ports, LNAs, PA, and RF switches, a Cortex^®-M33 with Secure Enclave, and a host of security features and communication peripherals.
