Yamaichi Electronics QFJ IC120 Sockets
Yamaichi Electronics QFJ IC120 Sockets are 28-pin PLCC burn-in sockets with a 1.27mm pitch. These IC120 sockets are gold over nickel plated. The QFJ IC120 socket features highly reliable two-point contacts. These DIP sockets are available with 1000MΩ (minimum) at 500VDC and an initial 10mΩ (maximum) contact resistance at 10mA (maximum). Yamaichi QFJ IC120 Sockets operate at -40°C to +170°C temperature range.
