Vishay Semiconductors VLMU35C UVC LEDs

Vishay Semiconductors VLMU35C Ultraviolet C (UVC) LEDs are ceramic-based, low-power devices with a silicone lens for a long lifetime. These UVC LEDs feature a reflow soldering method, dimming capability, low-surface temperature, and a small footprint. The modules exhibit different radiant powers in a wavelength range of 265nm to 285nm. Vishay Semiconductors VLMU35C Ultraviolet C (UVC) LEDs are available in a 3.45mm x 3.45mm x 1.78mm package and operate in a -40°C to +80°C temperature range. Typical applications include sterilization, medical, sensing of gases, germs, and DNA.
