Kioxia THGBM e-MMC™ Managed NAND Flash Memory

KIOXIA THGBM e-MMC™ Managed NAND Flash Memory are advanced, highly-efficient devices with an integrated controller, enhanced memory management, and 4GB to 128GB densities. Integrated memory management features include error correction, wear-leveling, and bad-block management. These THGBM products are 2D NAND, while the THGAM products are 3D NAND.

Compliant JEDEC Version 5.0 (4GB) and 5.1, the THGBM e-MMC flash memory devices provide an ideal solution for applications with higher data speed and volume requirements. THGBM's high read/write performance is achieved by applying the HS400 high-speed interface standard. The THGBM e-MMC devices are also fully compliant with the Multimedia Card Association (MMCA) high-speed memory interface standard.

THGBM e-MMC flash memory devices are available in standard (-25°C to +85°C) and extended (-40°C to +105°C) temperature versions, and are housed in a compact FBGA package. Based on 15nm technology and measuring only 11.5mm x 13.0mm x 1.0mm, the THGBM e-MMC NAND flash memory devices are well-suited for industrial, consumer, multimedia, smart metering, and intelligent lighting applications.
