Texas Instruments DRV8844 Quad 1/2-H-Bridge Driver IC

Texas Instruments DRV8844 Quad 1/2-H-Bridge Driver IC provides four individually controllable 1/2-H-bridge drivers and can be used to drive two DC motors, one stepper motor, four solenoids, or other loads. The output driver channel for each channel consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured in a 1/2-H-bridge configuration.

DRV8844 can supply up to 2.5A peak or 1.75A RMS output current per channel (with proper PCB heatsinking at 24V and 25°C) per H-bridge. TI DRV8844 is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including textile machines, office automation machines, gaming machines, factory automation, and robotics. DRV8844EVM is an evaluation module for DRV8844 that includes an MSP430 microcontroller and a USB interface chip.
