Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66407-11 BLUETOOTH® Front-End Module (FEM) is designed to enable Bluetooth IoT applications operating in the 2.4GHz to 2.4835GHz range. This highly integrated Module combines a power amplifier, output matching, harmonic filtering, and bypass switching in a single compact 12mm2 package. Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66407-11 operates from a wide 1.7V to 3.6V supply voltage and features very low transmit current consumption and adjustable gain.
