Vishay Temperature Sensing

Vishay Temperature Sensors feature two series of NTC thermistors: NTCS surface mount chips and NTCALUG screw mount assemblies. The NTCS series delivers high sensitivity and high accuracy over a wide temperature range and features robust construction with flexible polymer terminations for superb thermal cycling capability. The NTCALUG series is available in several screw sizes and cable types while offering high insulation voltage ratings of up to 2.7kV_AC with a maximum operating temperature of up to +150°C. Both product series are AEC-Q200-qualified and UL recognized. Vishay Temperature Sensors are designed for battery management systems, consumer electronics, robotics, and automotive environments.
