Vishay Semiconductors SE100PWTLK Surface-Mount Low VF Standard Rectifier features an 800V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and a 10A maximum average forward rectified current. This rectifier operates at a low forward voltage drop with a 2.8mm creepage and clearance distance. The SE100PWTLK surface-mount standard rectifier includes an oxide planar chip junction and a very low profile (typical height of 1.3mm). This device complies with halogen-free RoHS and meets the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
