Vishay MRSE1PK Surface-Mount Fast Switching Rectifier is a 1A, 800V, micro surface mount fast rectifier that is ideal for automated placement. The MRSE1PK features low forward voltage drop, leakage current and noise. The Vishay MRSE1PK rectifier provides an oxide planar chip junction, in a very low profile with a typical height of 0.65mm MicroSMP package.
