Vishay AEC-Q101 SCR Phase Control Thyristors
Vishay AEC-Q101 Silicon Controlled Rectifiers (SCR) Phase Control Thyristors are designed for medium power switching, phase control, and automotive applications. These SCRs are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet JESD 201 class 1A whisker test and MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 standard. The AEC-Q101 SCRs feature continuous RMS on-state current from 12A to 79A and offer repetitive voltages from 800V to 1600V. These Vishay AEC-Q101 SCR Phase Control Thyristors provide a flexible solution for reliable AC power rectification and are available in D2PAK (TO-263AB) and TO-247AD packages.Features
