Texas Instruments TPS548D21EVM-784 Step-Down Converter EVM
Texas Instruments TPS548D21EVM-784 Step-Down Converter Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed as a single output DC-DC converter that demonstrates the TPS548D21 in a typical low-voltage application. This demonstration is done while providing several test points to evaluate the device's performance. The Texas Instruments TPS548D21 is a D-CAP3™ mode, 40A synchronous buck converter with integrated MOSFETs supporting AVSO. The evaluation module uses a nominal 12V input bus to produce a regulated 1V output at up to 40A load current.Features
- 40A DC steady-state output current
- ±0.5% 0.9VREF Tolerance Over -40 to 150°C Junction Temperature
- True Differential Remote Sense Amplifier
- D-CAP3 Control Loop to Support Large Bulk Cap and/or Small MLCCs Without External Compensation
- Eco-Mode and FCCM Selectable
- Temp Compensated and Programmable Current Limit with RTRIP and OC Clamp ±10%
