Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G86/SN74AHCT1G86-Q1 Single 2-Input Exclusive-OR Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ⊕ B or Y = AB + AB in positive logic. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current sourcing capability of the driver. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G86-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
