Texas Instruments CSD1FPCHEVM-890 FemtoFET P-Ch Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments CSD1FPCHEVM-890 FemtoFET P-Ch Evaluation Module provides six daughter cards containing a different FemtoFET P-Ch part number. The engineer can easily connect and test these tiny devices through the daughter cards. These daughter cards have a range of Vds from 12V to 20V. The FemtoFETs offer excellent size and resistance and are available in F3 (0.6mm x 0.7mm), F4 (0.6mm x 1.0mm), and F5 (0.8mm x 1.5mm) package sizes.
