Terasic Technologies HMF3C/HMF3D Height Extension Adapter Cards

Terasic Technologies HMF3C/HMF3D Height Extension Adapter Cards are general-purpose adapters that extend the height of a high-speed mezzanine connector (HSMC) port. These cards are designed for use when two FPGA boards are stacked. Terasic Technologies HMF3C/HMF3D Height Extension Adapter Cards add the necessary height required to mount one development board on top of another. The HMF3D adapter is designed to only extend the height. However, the HMF3C card not only connects boards but also enables signaling between the boards by crisscrossing connections of the TX and RX signals. This HMF3C board allows two FPGAs to engage in single-ended transmission and differential I/O data transfer.
