STMicroelectronics TSL6001, TSL6002, & TSL6004 Op Amps
STMicroelectronics TSL6001, TSL6002, and TSL6004 Operational Amplifiers are unity-gain-stable amplifiers with a 1MHz bandwidth. The single, dual, and quad amps feature a wide supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V and a rail-to-rail input stage. The TSL6001, TSL6002, and TSL6004 Op Amps are ideal for battery-powered products and cost-sensitive applications.
The STMicroelectronics TSL6001 is available in SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages, the TSL6002 in MiniSO8 and S08 packages, and the TSL6004 in a TSSOP14 package.
