STMicroelectronics ST25DV-PWM Dynamic NFC Tags

STMicroelectronics ST25DV-PWM Dynamic NFC Tags are NFC/RFID tag ICs with PWM outputs that offer a 13.56MHz long-range interface compatible with NFC phones and readers. The PWM output is programmed independently and securely, and allows a large field of application. STMicroelectronics ST25DV-PWM Dynamic NFC Tags extend the user experience by providing live update of PWM parameters by a contactless interface.

      • 1x PWM output with ST25DV02K-W1
      • 2x PWM outputs with ST25DV02K-W2
    • From 488Hz to 31.25kHz
    • 62.5ns pulse width resolution:
      • From 15-bit resolution at 488Hz to 9-bit resolution at 31.25kHz
    • Accuracy: ±10% over temperature range
    • No need for external oscillator
    • Supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, independent from contactless interface
  • Contactless interface
    • Based on ISO/IEC 15693 and NFC Forum Type 5 Tag
