SparkFun MicroMod Environmental Function Board (SEN-18632)

The three sensors included on the SparkFun MicroMod Environmental Function Board are based on Sensirion CMOSens® technology, which combines the sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a small CMOS chip. CMOS technology is well suited for high-quality mass production and ideal for demanding and cost-sensitive OEM applications.

Utilizing the handy M.2 MicroMod connector, no soldering is required to connect the Environmental Function Board to a new or existing MicroMod application. The MicroMod Environmental Function Board can then be read via the I²C port. The SEN-18632 Board is equipped with a 3.3V voltage regulator, I²C pull-up resistors, a power LED, a jumper to disable the LED, and jumpers for alternative STC31 addresses.

MicroMod

MicroMod is a modular interface ecosystem that connects a microcontroller processor board to various carrier board peripherals. Utilizing the M.2 standard, the MicroMod standard enables the user to swap processors and function boards easily. A MicroMod Carrier Board and a Processor Board are required to use the MicroMod Environmental Function Board and are not included. These boards will need to be purchased separately.
