Silicon Labs Bluetooth Low Energy Modules & USB Dongles

Silicon Labs Bluetooth Low Energy Modules & Dongles are single mode devices targeted for low power sensors and accessories. They integrate all features for a Bluetooth Smart application, including Bluetooth radio, software stack, and GATT-based profiles.

The BT111 Bluetooth Smart Ready HCI Module is a low cost and ultra small Bluetooth module, targeted at applications where both Bluetooth classic and Bluetooth low energy connectivity are needed. BT111 integrates a Bluetooth 4.0 dual mode radio, HCI software stack, USB interface, and antenna. BT111 is compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems and offers the OEMs fast and risk free way to integrate Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity into their applications.

The BLE112/BLE113 Bluetooth Smart Modules can host end-user applications, which means no external microcontroller is required in size or price constrained devices. Moreover, it has flexible hardware interfaces to connect to different peripherals and sensors and can be powered directly from a standard 3V coin cell battery or a pair of AAA batteries. In the lowest power sleep mode it merely consumes 500nA and will wake up within a few hundred microseconds. BLE113 is 30% smaller and uses 30% less power than BLE112 and can be powered directly from a standard 3V coin cell battery or pair of AAA batteries.

The BLED112 Bluetooth Low Energy USB Dongle is a single mode USB device enabling Bluetooth low energy connectivity for PCs and other devices having a USB port. It can simulate a standard USB device, or virtual COM port.
