Qorvo CMD308/CMD308P4 2-6GHz Low Noise Amplifiers

Qorvo CMD308/CMD308P4 2-6GHz Low Noise Amplifiers are ideally suited for microwave radios and S and C-band applications where small size and low power consumption are needed. At 4GHz, the CMD308 delivers 32dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +12dBm and a noise figure of 1.5dB. Qorvo CMD308P4 delivers 31dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +12dBm and a noise figure of 1.6dB. The CMD308/CMD308P4 is a 50Ω matched design that eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD308 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. The CMD308 is a die package, and the CMD308P4 is in a leadless 4x4mm plastic surface mount QFN package.
