ECS ECS-TXO-16CSMV4 Clipped Sine Wave Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) are designed to deliver exceptional frequency stability and precision in compact electronic systems. These oscillators support a wide input voltage range from 1.7V to 3.6V with various power supply configurations, including 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V systems. The ECS-TXO-16CSMV4 TCXOs include a clipped sine wave output that ensures a clean signal transmission with a peak-to-peak voltage of 0.8V, suitable for precision timing circuits. The start-up time is impressively fast at 5 milliseconds, and the oscillator exhibits low phase noise with values reaching -156dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset. These oscillators offer a 26MHz to 52MHz frequency range with outstanding frequency tolerance of ±2PPM at (@ +25°C ±2°C) room temperature.

The ECS-TXO-16CSMV4 TCXOs are engineered by MultiVolt™ analog compensation technology and housed in a miniature 1.6mm x 1.2mm x 0.56mm ceramic SMD package. These oscillators are Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1, and feature gold-plated leads for enhanced solderability and durability.
