onsemi NXH600N10x 3-Level Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) Inverter Modules are power modules in F5BP containing an I-type neutral point clamped three-level inverter. The NXH600N10x high-performance power modules are optimized for industrial and renewable energy applications.
