onsemi NRVHPAF320 Ultrafast Power Rectifier

onsemi NRVHPAF320 Ultrafast Power Rectifier provides soft recovery and fast switching performance in a compact and thermally efficient package. This compact footprint makes the device ideally suited to automotive and portable applications where board space is at a premium. The low profile makes the NRVHPAF320 a good option for flat panel displays and other applications with limited vertical clearance. The onsemi NRVHPAF320 offers low leakage over temperature, making it a good match for applications requiring low quiescent current.
