These optocouplers feature high noise immunity, 3A peak output current, fast switching speed, fast output rise/fall time, and 250kHz maximum switching speed. onsemi / Fairchild FOD3182 gate driver optocouplers are ideal for Plasma Display Panels (PDPs), high-performance DC/DC converters, switch-mode power supplies, and uninterruptible power supplies.
