NXP Semiconductors NX3DV / NX3L Analog Switches

NXP Semiconductors NX3DV3899, NX3DV2567, and NX3L2467 analog switches provide a wide supply voltage range from 1.4V to 4.3V and very low ON resistance. NXP3DV3899 and NX3L2467 dual DPDT analog switches are suitable for use as an analog or digital multiplexer/demultiplexer. These NXP devices consist of four switches, each with two independent inputs/outputs and a common input/output. NXP Semiconductors NX3DV2567 4PDT analog switches are optimized for switching WLAN-SIM supply, data, and control signals. The NX3DV2567 has one digital select input and four switches each with two independent input/outputs and a common input/output.
