Nisshinbo NR1620 Ultra-Low Supply Current Voltage Regulators
Nisshinbo NR1620 Ultra-Low Supply Current Voltage Regulators are manufactured using a CMOS process with an output current of 150mA. The Nisshinbo NR1620 switching voltage regulators support a VIN input voltage as low as 0.6V and an output voltage as low as 0.4V. The devices can be used as a power supply for the core of a microcontroller, various interfaces, and more. An ultra-low quiescent current of 0.4μA makes the NR1620 suitable for systems that require low consumption and long-time operation, such as battery-driven systems. NMOS power transistors are driven by a bias power input pin (VBIAS) independent of the power input pin (VIN) to achieve highly efficient regulation.Features
