Microchip Technology TC9400 Converter

Microchip TC9400 voltage-to-frequency (V/F) converters feature low-power CMOS technology and accept a variable analog input signal. The converters also generate an output pulse train with a frequency that is linearly proportional to the input voltage. Designers can use the devices as highly-accurate frequency-to-voltage (F/V) converters. The devices accept virtually any input frequency waveform and generate a linearly-proportional voltage output. To build a complete V/F or F/V system, designers only need two capacitors, three resistors, and a reference voltage.
