MCC TBS Single-Phase Bridge Rectifiers feature a glass passivated chip with a high surge forward current capability (2A or 2.2A). These rectifiers meet the UL 94V-0 flammability rating and have a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1. The TBS Single-Phase Bridge Rectifiers offer a 50V to 1000V range with a -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
