MaxLinear G.hn Wave-2 Networking Evaluation Kits

MaxLinear G.hn Wave-2 Evaluation Kits are designed to evaluate the real-world performance of G.hn networking technology. Each kit includes two G.hn adapters and accessories. MaxLinear G.hn Wave-2 supports MAC throughput of up to 1Gbps over powerlines and 1.7Gbps over twisted pair and coaxial cables.

For broadband applications, an evaluation kit is available for each wired medium; powerlines, phone lines/twisted pairs, and coaxial cables. For industrial IoT applications, the DMI920 is a multi-medium, multi-interface evaluation kit that combines the G.hn transceiver solution with MaxLinear's pre-programmed 3-Output PMIC (XR77103-GR12), 1G Ethernet PHY (GPY115), USB to Ethernet Bridge (XR22800), and SP336E multi-protocol transceiver. This feature lets users quickly evaluate G.hn over coax, twisted pairs, or power lines with various interfaces, including Gigabit Ethernet, RS-485, RS232, and USB.
