Linear Integrated Systems PAD50 & DPAD50 PICO Ampere Diodes

Linear Integrated Systems PAD50 and DPAD50 PICO Ampere Diodes are Siliconix-Vishay part series replacements, perfect for Pico Amps. The Linear Integrated Systems PAD50 and DPAD50 can also be used for ultra-low leakage protection diode applications. The diodes come in various RoHS packages like the DFN 8L, TO-72 3L, TO-92 2L, SOT-23 3L, and bare die.
