Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 Ultra FPGAs deliver unique sensor based features and functions to mobile devices. iCE40 Ultra FPGAs offer up to 3520 LUTs and up to 26 I/O's for customized interfaces. iCE40 Ultra requires less power than previous devices. It is offered in an ultra-small 2.06mm x 1.71mm x 0.51mm WLCSP package. Integrated hard IP and programmable logic enable rapid customization. The iCE40 Ultra is ideal for IR remote functions, barcode reading, touch sensing, and user identification.
