KEMET T500 High-Temperature Capacitors

KEMET T500 Capacitors are high-temperature MnO₂ tantalum capacitors constructed for applications with operating temperatures up to +200°C. The T500 Series Capacitors from KEMET deliver optimum performance characteristics in high-temperature applications and meet or exceed EIA standard 535BAAC. T500 series features include a capacitance range of 33µF to 220µF, a rated voltage range of 10V to 35V, Weibull Failure options B, standard gold-plated terminations, and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +200°C. This series qualified at 1000 hours of life when tested at +200°C with 0.33V.
