JAE Electronics DW05 Connectors provides a safe, secure, robust connection for high 150A-class high current applications. JAE DW05 Connectors feature a finger keep-out and keyed mating for unmistakable mating and safe connecting. JAE Electronics DW05 contact has multiple points of contact to provide power in a highly reliable connection ideal for a broad range of applications.

Features

  • Improved workability:
    • Mis-mating prevention key avoids wrong wiring and short-circuit during assembly
  • High Safety:
    • Structure prevents finger tips from touching the terminal to avoid electrical shock
  • Mis-connection of positive and negative polarity terminals prevented by using 2 different colors of insulator (ivory and black), and a different mating shape for each
  • Crimp termination
  • Conductor cross-section of standard cable is 38mm2 (Cable of 26mm2 to 42mm2 in the same shape is possible for use)
