Infineon Technologies FF300R08W2 Automotive EasyPACK™ 2B EDT2 Module
Infineon Technologies FF300R08W2 Automotive EasyPACK™ 2B EDT2 Module is compact and flexible, featuring integrated isolation for the main inverter of hybrid and electric vehicles. The EDT2 IGBT allows 750V blocking voltage and IcN of 300A. The FF300R08W2 chipset has benchmark current density combined with short circuit ruggedness for reliable inverter operation under harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, the EasyPACK 2B EDT2 Module delivers excellent light load power losses, which helps to improve system efficiency over an actual driving cycle.
The Infineon FF300R08W2 Automotive EasyPACK 2B EDT2 Module was designed for applications with switching frequencies in the range of 10kHz.The EasyPACK package is qualified for automotive applications and is validated according to AQG 324.
High power cycling capability, high creepage, and clearance distances add to the product's reliability. The power module includes PressFIT Pins for the signal terminals to avoid additional time-consuming selective solder processes.
