iC-Haus IC-NE Pulse Receiver

iC-Haus IC-NE Pulse Receiver is a Light-grid receiver IC that contains a bandpass amplifier with a center frequency of typically 300kHz. This pulse receiver features a 100nA to 1.5mA pulsed photocurrent range while maintaining fast flash recovery times as low as 10µs. The IC-NE pulse receiver operates from a single 5V supply, supports CMOS-compatible logic levels, and offers very low standby current when inactive. This pulse receiver provides built-in protection features, including power‑down reset, ESD protection, Schmitt‑trigger inputs, and short‑circuit‑proof pins to enhance robustness. Typical applications include Light curtains, Light barriers, and Electro-Sensitive Protective Equipment (ESPE).
