Harwin Kona 8.5mm-Pitch High-Reliability Power Connectors

Harwin Kona 8.5mm-Pitch High-Reliability Power Connectors maximize power in extreme conditions, achieving 60A continuous current per contact with a durability of 250 mating cycles and a maximum voltage rating of 3kV. The six-finger beryllium copper and gold-plated contacts are individually shrouded to prevent physical damage and avoid accidental touching. The rugged cable-to-board and cable-to-cable design maintains electrical continuity under heavy vibration and shock, while the mate-before-lock mechanism prevents damage during the locking process by ensuring the contacts are fully mated before engaging the fixings. No tools are required because fixing these connectors is simple via stainless-steel thumb screws fitted to the female connector housing. Harwin Kona 8.5mm High-Reliability Power Connectors are ideal for electric vehicle (EV) battery monitoring, power control systems, robotic drives, servo controls, and satellites.
