Digi XBee® LR LoRaWAN® Modules
DIGI XBee® LR LoRaWAN™ Modules offer wireless communication that OEMs can easily integrate into end-node sensor products, thus enabling the LoRaWAN protocol for device-to-cloud connectivity. The XBee LR module is provided in a range of embedded form factors with a software-defined radio that supports multiple global and regional profiles from a single device spanning various LoRaWAN markets.The DIGI XBee LR modules are ideal for very narrowband industrial communication for sensors and control systems. The devices have a -40°C to 85°C temperature rating and utilize LoRa™ modulation for Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) two-way communications in long-range and high-noise RF environments.
The XBee LR facilitates the LoRaWAN communications protocol, allowing direct communication with standards-compliant LoRaWAN gateways and network server cloud software over a long range with very low power consumption.
The XBLR-RM-001 offers an RF pad antenna, while the XBLR-UM-001 features a U.FL antenna.
