Ambiq AP510BEVB SoC Evaluation Board

Ambiq AP510BEVB SoC Evaluation Board is designed to help users evaluate the Apollo510B System-on-Chip (SoC). The Apollo510B is a next-generation wireless solution designed to redefine ultra-low-power performance for both conventional edge and AI-driven applications. Built on advanced Subthreshold Power Optimized Technology (SPOT®) from Ambiq, the Apollo510B delivers excellent energy efficiency, operating at minimal power levels without compromising performance.

The Ambiq Apollo510B Arm® Cortex®-M55-based SoC, in a BGA package, is pre-installed (AP510BFA-CBR) on the board. An onboard SEGGER J-Link debugger is also included. There are three user-controlled LEDs, two pushbuttons for application use, a reset pushbutton, and a power slide switch with an LED indicator for power status. The board includes an MSPI x16 (Hex) PSRAM, an SDIO 8GB eMMC, a high-speed expansion connector, and a mikroBUS™ socket interface. There are various test points for voltage measurements and jumpers for current measurements.

The Ambiq Display Shield Add-On Board with a 1.4" round 454x454 AMOLED touchscreen can be purchased separately (AP510DISP). This evaluation board does not include it.
