ABLIC S-57W1/W2 S 2D Dual Hall Effect Latch ICs
ABLIC S-57W1/W2 High-Speed 2D Dual Hall Effect Latch ICs developed with CMOS technology and operate with high‑temperature operation up to 150°C, high-withstand voltage, and high speed. These ICs integrate a Hall element capable of detecting magnetic flux density in two directions on a single chip, enabling automatic detection with a 90° phase difference. The S-57W1/W2 latch ICs offer 0.8mT (typical) high magnetic sensitivity, enabling reliable detection of weak magnetic flux density and 8.4μs short output delay time (typical). These automotive-grade ICs feature rotational speed and direction output and a quadrature output type and include a built-in regulator and an output current limit circuit. The S-57W1/W2 latch ICs are available in a small SOT-23-5 package or ultra-thin (t0.50mm maximum) HSNT-6(2025) package for high-density mounting. These ICs are ideal for automotive motor-related equipment, automotive onboard equipment, industrial motor-related equipment, and residential equipment.
