Infineon Technologies MERUS™ MA5332MS Integrated Class D Amplifier
Infineon Technologies MERUS™ MA5332MS 200W Stereo Integrated Class D Amplifier is an MCM (multi-chip module) solution that integrates a two-channel PWM controller, a high voltage gate driver, and four low RDS(ON) MOSFETs. The MA5332MS delivers the same or higher output power than monolithic alternatives without a heatsink and a 50% reduced footprint.
The Infineon MERUS MA5332MS Integrated Class D Amplifier includes standard Class D protection features for reliable operation over various environmental conditions. The MA5332MS Amplifier has a high power density, heatsink-less operation, and is available in a 7mm x 7mm PG- IQFN-42 package.
