Infineon EVAL6EDL04N02PRTOBO1 Gate Driver Evaluation Board was developed to show the functionalities and key features of the 6EDL04N02PR. The 6EDL04N02PR is a full bridge 3-phase gate driver IC with LS-SOI technology to control power devices like MOS transistors or 180V IGBTs.
