LT1962 300mA Low Noise Micropower LDO Regulators

Analog Devices LT1962 Low Noise Micropower LDO (Low Dropout) Regulators supply 300mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 270mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 30µA quiescent current makes the LT1962 regulators an ideal choice for use in smartphones and other noise-sensitive applications. Quiescent current is well controlled and does not rise in dropout as it does with many other regulators.
