Protection eFuse ICs

Littelfuse Protection eFuse ICs provide a robust defense against overcurrent damage. The eFuse IC portfolio includes a variety of diodes, load switches, and limit switches that offer a 2.7V to 28V input voltage range and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +150°C. Littelfuse Protection eFuse ICs are suitable for a broad variety of applications, including battery devices, BLUETOOTH® headsets, storage for hard-disk drives (HDDs) and solid-state drives (SSDs), adapter-powered devices, and much more.

Remote Control Systems

Littelfuse Remote Control Systems offer solutions for load switching, joysticks, on/off switches, and USB protection. These systems provide the protection IC (eFuse) with USB-C® for overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection for USB input. The remote control systems also provide a TVS diode array for ESD protection of the USB data lines (high-speed interface). These systems support power on/off, mode selection, user interface input, and joystick input/directional control for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operation. The remote control systems offer load switch ICs for power distribution control, subsystem on/off switching, and battery load management. Typical applications include ISR, military, border surveillance, agriculture, delivery/logistics, inspection, and public safety.

LS0504EVT233 Protection eFuse IC

Littelfuse LS0504EVT233 Protection eFuse IC offers a 2.7V to 6V input voltage range, 30V maximum input/output voltage, and a 4A peak current. This IC features an integrated load switch that provides robust, input overcurrent protection to the downstream circuit systems. This device comes with built-in overvoltage protection (OVP), an internal soft start, and low RDS(ON) that minimizes the system's power loss. In the event of input overvoltage, the LS0504EVT233 immediately turns off the switch, preventing the downstream system from the stress of excessively high voltage. Littelfuse LS0504EVT233 Protection eFuse IC is suitable for BLUETOOTH® headsets, tablet PCs, charging cables, and adapter-powered devices.
