Moniteurs de batterie de haute précision bq76972/-Q1

Le moniteur de batterie haute précision bq76972/-Q1 de Texas Instruments est un moniteur et circuit de protection de batterie hautement intégré et haute précision destiné aux systèmes de batteries Li-ion, Li-polymère et LiFePO4 de 3 à 16 cellules en série. Le dispositif comprend un système de surveillance de haute précision, un sous-système de protection hautement configurable et il prend en charge l'équilibrage des cellules autonome ou contrôlé par l'hôte. Il intègre également des pilotes de NFET à pompe de charge côté haut, deux LDO programmables destinés à alimenter des composants externes du système et un périphérique de communication avec l'hôte prenant en charge les protocoles I2C 400 kHz, SPI et HDQ à un fil. Le dispositif bq76972/-Q1 de Texas Instruments est disponible en boîtier TQFP à 48 broches.
