THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 37 3.7W/m-K Dispensable Gels

Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 37 3.7W/m-K Dispensable Gels offer a high-performance, single-component, thermal interface material with 3.7W/m-K thermal conductivity. The GEL 37 series is designed to conduct heat from electronics to a heat sink or enclosure, and the heavy, paste-like consistency provides controlled dispensing. These gels have a 30g/min flow rate and can be applied in variable thicknesses to meet application needs. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL 37 3.7W/m-K Dispensable Gels require only low compressive force to deform under assembly pressure to reduce stress on components, solder joints, and leads. The product line is formulated to accommodate modern electronics, providing an ideal solution for automated dispensing machines, rework, and field repair situations.
