IN400x/EM51x Standard Recovery Rectifier Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor IN400x and EM51x Standard Recovery Rectifier Diodes are designed for general‑purpose, low‑power rectification, particularly in 50/60Hz line‑frequency applications. The Diotec IN400x and EM51x diodes utilize a diffused junction construction in a rugged DO‑41 axial‑lead package. This package type provides mechanical durability, ease of installation, and effective heat dissipation. The series offers a wide range of reverse-voltage ratings from 50V to 2000V while maintaining a typical forward current capability of 1A. These ratings make the devices versatile for a broad set of voltage requirements.
