Les superviseurs à faible courant de repos TPS3808E/TPS3808E-Q1 de Texas Instruments font partie d’une famille de circuits de surveillance de microprocesseurs qui surveillent les tensions du système de 0,4 V à 5 V. Ces composants activent également un signal de réinitialisation à drain ouvert lorsque la tension de détection chute sous un seuil prédéfini ou lorsque la broche de réinitialisation manuelle (MR) passe au niveau logique bas. La sortie de réinitialisation reste faible pendant le délai réglable par l’utilisateur après que la tension de détection et la réinitialisation manuelle (MR) reviennent au-dessus des seuils respectifs.
