QPA9121 Driver Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9121 Driver Amplifier is a wideband, high gain, and high peak power driver amplifier providing 27dBm P3dB with 28dB gain. This amplifier features a 2.3GHz to 5GHz operational frequency range, DC power shutdown, and 50Ω matched RF input and output. The QPA9121 Driver Amplifier incorporates the shutdown function through the V_PD pin. This device provides excellent DPD correction with 5G signals as wide as 160MHz. Typical applications include TDD/FDD system, mobile infrastructure, general purpose wireless, and 5G m-MIMO.
