Broadcom HSMF-C11x Tricolor ChipLEDs are small in size with a narrow footprint and low profile for backlighting, status indication, and front panel illumination. These Broadcom HSMF-C11x ChipLEDs are offered in tape and reel to facilitate pick and place operation. The package is compatible with IR soldering and binned by both color and intensity.

HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED

Broadcom HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED is designed for close-pitch assembly and portable / wearable applications. The ultra-small, surface-mount package features high-intensity red AlInGaP and high-intensity InGaN green and blue dies. The PCB substrate has a black surface to improve contrast. Broadcom HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED is compatible with reflow soldering. Typical applications include displays, backlighting, and indicators.
