AMC Connectors & Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Micro Coaxial (AMC) Connectors and Cable Assemblies are designed for use in applications with 50Ω impedance requirements. Amphenol RF AMC Connectors feature a low profile of 2.5mm off the board and an extremely small board footprint of 3mm x 3mm. Typical applications include wireless internet, wireless infrastructure, inventory/barcode scanners, and more.

Fixed-Length Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Fixed-Length Cable Assemblies are pre-configured cable assemblies that are available in a wide range of configurations, lengths, and cable types. The cables are available with AMC, AMMC, BNC, MCX, MMCX, SMA, SMB, and other commercially available RF connector series. Amphenol RF Fixed-Length Cable Assemblies are ideally suited for commercial and industrial applications that require standard configurations or lengths.

Ultraminiature Connectors

Amphenol RF Ultraminiature Connectors offer a low profile with a mated height as low as 1.4mm. These connectors are designed as 50Ω with a frequency range of DC to 6GHz. A snap-on coupling style ensures secure and easy mating. The Amphenol RF product offering includes connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies. Applications for these ultraminiature connectors include RFID, notebook computers, remote measuring equipment, BLUETOOTH®, GPS, and handheld and portable devices.

SMPM Micro-Miniature Connectors

Amphenol RF SMPM Micro-Miniature Connectors are ideal for high-frequency board-to-board applications up to 65GHz and in cable solutions optimized to meet the frequency limits of the cable. These connectors feature a snap-on mating style similar to SMP connectors. The PCB connectors offer surface-mount, through-hole leg, or edge-mount terminations. Users can pair these connectors with SMPM bullet adapters for blind-mate situations and to achieve a minimum PCB spacing of 8.65mm. The cable connectors come in straight or right-angle configurations for 0.047" and 0.086" diameter semi-rigid and conformable cables, as well as RG-178 flexible coaxial cable. Amphenol RF SMPM Micro-Miniature Connectors are ideal for a range of precision and miniaturized applications, including antennas, handheld radios, military communication systems, and instrumentation and measurement equipment.

5G Wireless Connectors

Amphenol RF 5G Wireless Connectors feature innovative product lines with industry-standard connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies that equip designs for 5G next-generation mobile network standards. These Amphenol RF devices ensure high data rates for low-latency applications. These connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies include high-density, cost-effective, and robust products to enable the wireless infrastructure evolution. Amphenol RF offers low PIM products, including HD-EFI, N-Type, PSMP, SMP, SMPM, 2.2/5, 4.3/10, and 7/16 connector series, as well as cable assemblies and adapters.

AMC Jumpers

Amphenol RF Amphenol Micro Coaxial (AMC) Connectors include right-angle plug jumpers designed for use in applications with 50Ω impedance requirements. These ultra-low-profile jumpers have a 2.5mm mating height and provide easy snap-on/off mating within a small footprint that measures 3mm x 3mm. AMC right-angle plug jumpers are pre-installed on RG-178, 0.81mm, 1.13mm. 1.32mm, or 1.37mm coaxial cable and tested prior to shipment. AMC Jumpers are U.FL compatible.
