The amplifiers function on a wide 0.01GHz to 26.5GHz bandwidth in a 4mm x 4mm 24-lead QFN-style package. The Mini-Circuits LVA MMIC Wideband Amplifiers provide a high dynamic range and 3.7db noise figure. The amplifiers are ideal for test and measurement equipment, radar, electronic warfare (EW), electronic content management (ECM), defense systems, 5G MIMO, back-haul radio, and signal distribution networks.
